Aerapass is a global payments fintech company and one of the few proud to offer neo-banking as a service.

As an exclusive financial services program manager, we offer state of the art financial and regulatory technology through our white labelled digital neo-banking platforms. Over the past 15 years, we have managed to build a global financial infrastructure to help businesses transact, collect money and make payments across the globe outside of the limits imposed by the traditional banking systems. We have managed to achieve all this without any funding and thanks only to our own private investment.

What you can expect to deal with

You can expect to undergo training to master the ebb and flow of our internal, financial and operational processes in order to achieve effective and in-depth knowledge of Aerapass so that you will be capable of transferring such skills to our future colleagues.

Daily tasks may include:

• Administration of transactional operations with our banking partners and all our third party providers
• Screening for payments (fiat and virtual currencies) and/or customer onboarding
• Liaising with our external accountants and effectively doing what is necessary to keep all financial records of our group of companies up to date, spanning mostly across Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia
• General bookkeeping and invoice processing
• Customer service support via email and on Intercom
• Assistance in filing office documents relating to compliance matters and office support (submission of documents, scanning, etc.)
• Training future team members once our pipeline projects are initiated
• Any other duties that Aerapass may consider appropriate with possibilities of job rotations

Applicant requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only (at this stage we are unable to offer a working permit to foreigners)
• Minimum diploma or tertiary education
• 2 to 4 years working experience; while no experience in Operations is required, we need proven practical experience with accounting and bookkeeping
• Experience in compliance is appreciated but not required
• This is a strong fit for all-rounder candidates who want to learn everything about running the daily business of a start-up payments fintech and intend to shift out of prior accounting experience towards more of an operational flair
